 The journaling session is a creative session using mixed media to meaningfully decorate a journal that is an expression of you which you will get to take away. The session will also provide you with an overview of the benefits of journaling and get you started with some powerful prompts and questions. 

Journaling is far more than a diary it gives you a real insight into yourself, allows you to see patterns in your thoughts and behaviours that may be holding you back.

This 3 hour session encourages you to embrace your authentic self, to be compassionate to yourself and to locate what brings you joy.
