1) Is there a reason most of your coaching packages include 6 separate sessions?
Yes my experience tells me that 6 sessions for most people is a good amount to allow people to make progress both in their coaching sessions and during their reflective time away from sessions.
2) Do you tell me what to do in Coaching sessions?
No the art of a good coach is to ask good questions,
the reason coaching is so powerful is that the client learns through exploring their own responses and observations. I may make observations, I may
make suggestions and I may suggest tasks
but I will not tell you what to do.
3) Do you work to a code of ethics?
For my coaching I personally work to the code of ethics provided by EMCC, I also work within the parameters of training received in specialist techniques.
4) I know I need some help with facilitated sessions but Im not entirely sure what I need, can you still help?
Absolutely I am happy to create bespoke training and facilitation sessions to your requirements.
