Organisational values and behaviours

Spend the day really understanding your values and behaviours.  Use the session to work with a group of staff, trustees or stakeholders to :-

- Consider your current values (if you have some)

-Discuss if your values still have relevance (if you have some)

- Discuss the importance of values to the various stakeholders and in the business context

- Consider how values fit in the context of risk and change

- Discuss behaviours and how these underpin your values

- Consider examples of behaviours that the organisation would be proud to use as part of their branding.
