Turned on its head Executive Coaching, Facilitation and Training Launch

I'm absolutely delighted to share with you the launch of Turned on its head Executive Coaching, Facilitation and Training.  This business has been a clear goal in my mind for some time and I am excited that I am now able to share with you my mission to transform leaders, organisations and cultures and lives.

My work with leaders in terms of my coaching offer will focus very much on growth and mindset coaching to help you focus on what is important to you.  I genuinely believe that coaching is one of the best forms of development any organisation can offer its people and believe that executives and leaders should consider coaching as a must have rather than a nice to have.  Quite often the higher you climb in an organisation the easier it is to feel stuck, isolated or lost.  Creating room for you to be the best version of you and for you to work through challenges towards clear goals provides a unique opportunity for you to consider all areas of your life, to challenge yourself and  importantly to rid yourself of limiting beliefs and decisions with the aim of providing you with personal growth, a clearer vision of who you are or who you want to be, a framework of what you want to achieve and a plan to get you there.  People often think that Executive Growth and Mindet coaching is solely about business goals and targets and for some people this is true but for others it is about rediscovering what is important to them, tackling issues of low self confidence and self doubt or working out how they focus less on work and bring more joy into their lives.

Many of you will know that my work to date has been focussed on HR, Organisational Development and Learning and Development with the majority of my roles being focussed on fixing problems, dealing with things that have essentially already gone wrong in organisations and I have to say here and now very clearly that in my business I am almost certainly more interested in how we can develop excellent leaders with excellent skills so that those Employee relations cases are less likely to rear their heads..  I want to work with businesses and people that want to imagine a better way of working, one where the focus is on people, on safe and impressive cultures, on building strategic visions for the future and on wellbeing and people focussed leadership.  This is why my offer through this business is not directly marketed as HR consultancy because I literally want to turn things on their heads in organisations, I want to encourage leaders to consider changing the way they do things, to make less space for the vicious cycle of ER cases that slowly ruin your business and more focus on organisational development initiatives and leadership development. and so that organisations can spend their time on positive culture change, developing and supporting people in ways that truly depicts an employer of choice.

I will be sharing more about my business in the coming weeks and months and have some brilliant not to miss offers to share in the lead up to Christmas.  For now I would just like to thank you all for taking the time to find out more by reading this blog and would encourage you to see the world a little more like me.  Imagine a workplace where those painful workplace issues can be turned on their head.  Imagine the space as a leader to turn your limiting beliefs on their head.  The first step is realising things can be different, the second is to reach out and take action and the third is simply a decision to do things differently followed by necessary action!

What is Coaching? Research from CIPD demonstrates that coaching has become a popular organisational intervention and one that can have an incredibly positive influence on individuals and their performance. "Coaching is unlocking a persons potential to maximise their own performance, it is helpful them to learn rather than teaching them" (Whitmore 2009) The heart of Coaching is empowering people by encouraging self directed learning and personal growth. Core elements of good coaching includes trust, awareness, responsibility, self belief, challenge, action and most importantly a focus on solutions. Why do I brand myself as an Executive growth and mindset Coach? I am passionate about unlocking the potential people have, about encouraging dreams and about helping people get "unstuck" and confidently reaching for goals. I genuinely believe that Coaching makes a positive difference and that it can lead to genuine transformation. I have worked hard not only to ensure I have excellent Executive Coaching skills but that I also have a toolkit of some of the best mindset Coaching tools too. I am a qualified Executive Coach to level 7, a Master NLP Practitioner, a Master Practitioner in Hypnosis, a Master Practitioner of Timeline Therapy, a Master NLP Coach and an MBit Coach. I am constantly developing my skills to bring the best experience to my clients and to stretch my own development. The packages I offer allow individuals and organisations to choose standard Executive Coaching Transformation, Executive Transformation Plus Coaching and VIP Breakthrough Coaching. Whatever you choose I know you will love Coaching, it's a special time to focus on you and time spent on you and your mindset if never ever wasted. Believe me you are worth the investment. When might Coaching be helpful? There are so many different examples of when Coaching can be incredibly impactful and helpful to individuals and Organisations. It is essentially useful in any situation where a person is striving to reach certain goals. Here are some examples: * Building teams * Improving organisational culture * Feeling stuck * Considering Career Change * Struggling with confidence in the work context * Feeling like a fraud (imposter syndrome) * Wanting more joy in life * Needing more meaning and purpose in life * Been through or about to go through significant changes and not sure what do to next * Frustration or anger is building and affecting work and home * Striving for promotion * Dealing with conflict * Motivation has been impacted and feeling lost * Struggling with difficult decisions * Feeling isolated * Business accountability and the list goes on.... What do my clients say about my coaching? I am so lucky as I get to work with people who are open to exploring who they are, how they do things, how they might reach their goals and how they might change to create more fulfilling or meaningful lives. "Donna completed a breakthrough for me last year. It changed my life for the better. Thanks to Donna I have been able to let go of the negative emotions that were holding me back. I have a better understanding of myself. I have a greater feeling of peace, which has allowed me to move forward with greater clarity, confidence and purpose" Gemma "Thank you Donna for a wonderful Coaching experience, it's been quite literally life changing!
